Every year tens of thousands of people come to Global Tea Expo to experience the enriching tea culture. In 2019, the 10th annual Expo, Tse-Xin Organic Agriculture Foundation set up the "Organic Tea Pavilion" for the general public to understand organic tea farming in comparison to conventional tea farming. This year, even though many global events have been cancelled worldwide, Taiwan was lucky enough to hold the 2020 Nantou Global Tea Expo as planned due to Taiwan's efforts in implementing early preventive measures.

Nantou Global Tea Expo Special: Organic Tea Pavilion.

Our theme this year was "Organic Tea is Taiwan's Gift." Organic tea is a gift, and it is Taiwan's gift. Many Taiwanese and organic tea farmers have put their time and effort into ecological conservation, and by preserving the environment, they have also preserved our health. In preparation for this year's event, Chief of Wen San Tea Improvement Branch Station Su Yan Shuo was welcomed on set to educate to us the intricate details of 100 types of tea, and brief descriptions of their flavoring and fragrance were made for the consumers to review prior to purchasing the tea.

During the expo from October 9th to 18th, 100 tea farmers were invited to the "Organic Tea Pavilion", which was an epic event, since it meant over ⅓ of all Taiwanese organic tea farmers came together for this event. This year 10 tea ceremony tables were set up for farmers to personally make the tea and interact with the consumers. The tea ceremony service was provide for 10 days non stop. Many teachers took their students to this pavilion for their school field trips, so students and teachers could become more familiar with organic tea farming when interacting with the farmers.
