After the Tomb Sweeping Festival, the continuous rain finally stopped. The drought has eased, and as we look out from the mountains, we silently pray for the farmers—hoping that this year, every tea garden will be safe and successful.

The grandmas’ hands move so fast they don’t even need to think. With a quick pinch and release, the buds fall into their bags.

Layers of tea gardens spread across the hillsides under the burning sun. Walking into the garden, you’ll find yourself craving a cold drink in less than fifteen minutes. It makes you realize how hard it is for the grandmas who pick tea for ten hours straight.
The grandmas are wrapped up tightly, many with only their eyes showing. They keep their heads down, focusing on the tender buds, only looking up occasionally to offer a gentle smile. Suddenly, a breeze brushes through the garden. For a moment, the whole mountain seems to take a deep breath together.
The only sound is a soft rustle-rustle—the sound of fingertips meeting tender leaves. The grandmas’ hands move so fast they don’t even need to think. With a quick pinch and release, the buds fall into their bags. Sweat drips down their faces; they wipe it away, take a sip of water, and keep going without stopping. Picking spring tea is a race against time.
The collectors weave through the garden, quickly filling large sacks. Even before the trucks reach the factory, the fragrance of tea processing already fills the air.
The journey of a cup of tea begins the moment the leaf leaves the tree. From the grandmas’ fingertips to the master’s withering, pan-firing, rolling, and drying—it is a long relay race. At every step, we send our blessings to these leaves. We hope that when it becomes a hot cup of tea in your hands, you can taste the heart of this land in its aroma and warmth.
Come have a cup of organic tea that protects our ecosystem.

#Choosing Organic
We believe that when people treat the land with kindness, the land responds in kind. We hope those who drink this tea find more than just sweetness—we hope they feel a small seed of hope for the planet’s future.
We dream that one day, more people will join us in organic farming, living well and prospering while allowing the Earth and all its creatures to live in peace. This has always been the heart of Ching-Yuan Tea.
Spring weather is unpredictable, alternating between sun and rain. But the farmers remain steady and optimistic.
Season after season, the tea comes.
And we always believe:
Every season is the best season.
We hope those who drink this tea find more than just sweetness, <br>but also plant a little hope for the land.
